1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to operate Partner Hub safely and reliably:
- Account & Identity Data: First name, last name, email address, password hash (or Google OAuth subject identifier), Date of Birth (to verify 18+ eligibility), gender identity, optional pronouns, and voluntarily provided orientation/preferences.
- Location & Profile Data: Country, state, city, area/pincode, preferred IANA timezone, biography, companion activities offered, hourly companionship rate, and uploaded profile photos (with EXIF GPS/camera metadata stripped upon upload).
- Verification Data (Optional): If you submit a PAN card or Government ID for optional Document Verification, your document image and details are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored outside the public web root, accompanied by an HMAC-SHA256 blind index to prevent duplicate accounts.
- Billing & Security Logs (Razorpay & PayPal): Payments for platform memberships, verification badges, and conversation passes are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal (Awaan Vlog). We record gateway order/subscription IDs, payment status, promo code redemptions, IP addresses, login timestamps, and terms acceptance records. We never store your raw credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or PayPal login credentials. Please create an account or log in to view available subscription plans and pricing for your account.
2. Public vs. Private Information (Privacy by Default)
Your public companion profile displays only approved public fields: your first name, calculated adult age, city/state, gender/pronouns, bio, activities offered, hourly rate, approved profile photos, and verification badges.
We never publicly expose your last name, email address, exact Date of Birth, pincode, street/landmark, PAN or Government ID number, payment history, IP address, or login logs.
3. End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) Messaging
Member-to-member chat on Partner Hub is protected with AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. Messages and chat photo attachments are encrypted so our database stores ciphertext rather than plaintext chat content.
Platform administrators do not have a feature to read your private encrypted conversations. However, if a participant submits a safety or abuse report against another user, the reporting user may voluntarily submit relevant evidence for moderation review.
4. Data Retention & Permanent Account Deletion
- OTP & Password Reset Tokens: Expire after 15 minutes and are automatically purged by our maintenance tasks.
- Active Accounts: Retained while your account remains open so you can use the platform.
- Account Deletion: When you permanently delete your account via
/delete-account, your profile, photos, active sessions, authentication records, and private personal profile data are permanently erased, and any active recurring Razorpay or PayPal subscriptions are cancelled. Minimal transaction receipts and security audit logs may be retained strictly where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
